Proformance Roofing has created a proven step-by-step process to ensure that everything runs smoothly during the roofing installation. In the following infographic, we lay out each step of our process, so you can be sure of what you’re getting when you hire ProFormance Roofing.
Evaluation
After contacting our team via phone call, form submission, or through our online quote calculator, your designated Proformance representative will reach out to set up an initial meeting. The initial meeting will consist of pulling satellite imagery measurements of your roof and walking the base of your home to give you an exact quote.
Scope of Work
Your Proformance representative will meet with you a second time to go over financing options, sign paperwork, choose product color, and finalize a production date. Proformance’s permitting department makes it a priority to acquire the permit and order all materials right away so there are no production delays.
Production Day
Our crew will arrive at your home between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. on production day. Construction work will begin and will continue until completion weather permitting. There will be a designated foreman on site for the entire duration of the project. Typically, about 90 percent of homes are completed on the same day.
Clean Up
Upon completion, your roof will also be inspected and cleaned using high-powered blowers to clear any leftover sawdust, loose granules, or other sedimentary-like materials from your roof. Your yard and surrounding area will be thoroughly cleaned with a magnet and debris will be hauled away.
Final Inspection
After all of the debris is cleaned up, we will call for a final inspection. You, your Proformance representative, and your designated foreman will do the final walk through. If you see anything out of the ordinary or have any questions, feel free to ask the designated foreman or your Proformance representative and they will be happy to answer.
